God our Father, we praise and thank you for sending us your Word. Jesus Christ who has revealed your limitless love for us. We praise and thank you, with all our hearts, for the light, strength and nourishment you give us for our daily lives through Jesus. Your Word Incarnate. Your life giving Word indeed is a lamp for our feet and a light to our path.Grant us the inspiration of your Holy Spirit, to understand your Word correctly and clearly . Guide us to bear fruit in ever pondering on the message of your Word. Give us strength through your Word, to bear witness to a generous way of life, by a mature Faith, Hope and Love. Lord God, you are the source of life and love, touch our hearts with your Word. So that we may be sensitive to our brothers and sisters who face various problems and challenges in the world.Make us a way of blessings that bring about love, Truth and Justice embedded in your Word, which gives us joy and strength to our life. We ask this through Jesus Christ Our Lord. Amen.
