AND WE HAVE 3 MORE TOPICS TO COVER AFTER “MISSION-MENTORING” ** DETERMINE TO BRING OTHERS INTO YOUR LIFE TO MENTOR YOU Proverbs 11:14 says, “Where there is no guidance, a people fall, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.” In other words, one of the main ways God will help you find your purpose is through others. A caution needs to be made here. Your mentors should be people you trust. Whether this is your pastor, a superior or friends, it needs to be people who have your back and want the best for you/ won’t run out on you or turn their back on you!!. You want wise mentors to counsel and to help you find your divine mission. **. SAY YES TO ODD OPPORTUNITIES One can never know what connects in us when we just say yes to get involved in an activity or service provider. Just getting involved activates the hidden mission within. ** SURROUND YOURSELF WITH MOTIVATED AND SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE Undoubtedly, our environment influences us a lot, especially those people around. How smart, - motivated and successful are your friends and relatives? Do you see them as role models? IF NOT THEN, - Get out there and meet new great people, who will inspire you and share your vision, ** EMBRACE EVERY POSSIBILITY YOU MIGHT HAVE To many are “waiting” for a “SIGN”. Hello – get out there and MAKE YOUR SIGN Life has a way of throwing us surprises. - So, stop grieving your unfulfilled goals and set new ones. Do not worry if you get off track. Start right where you are. If you are not leading the charge yet, then lead your dog!! Influence from where you are. Lead from the middle – you will create new opportunities – then embrace them and keep leading (Influencing). ** Learn how to let people go You may think, it has nothing to do with finding your life’s mission. Well, you’re wrong. Sometimes the best thing we can do is “LET PEOPLE GO if they want to go!! When you forgive old grudges and get rid of anything that is weighing you down, you realize how much energy you’ve been wasting. Most of the people in our lives – as we move forward in our mission – have a time-limit to be in our lives. That is not a bad thing! When we organically move towards our mission, we find that there are other people who are like-minded and we join to them to grow with them.
